Article 3 – Applicability

All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to availability. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement becomes binding when the consumer completes the order and receives an order confirmation by email.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products where hygiene is important or for products explicitly stated as non-returnable in the Return Policy.
