Below is the estimated delivery time for all our shipments:

  • Once an order is placed, we need 1–3 business days to process the order. During the week it usually takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.

  • After processing, your order is dispatched and the average delivery time is 8–12 working days.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Grace & Michael is simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your basket by clicking the “Add to cart” button. Please make sure you have selected the correct variants.

If everything is in order, proceed to checkout by clicking “Checkout.” On the information page, enter the correct address details and click “Proceed to dispatch.” On the Shipping page, you can review the address details you entered.

Please note that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. Click “Proceed to payment” and select your preferred payment method. All payment options are SSL encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment. We accept payment by credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), bank transfer, EPS, or direct payment.

Click “Complete order” and follow the instructions on the selected payment page. In case of any issues, you can always contact us.

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are shipped 100% free of charge, with no minimum order value.
